Mylai Garofalo, M.D., F.A.A.P. is a board-certified in Pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Pediatrics at Nova Southeastern University; she worked full-time with Florida Community Health Center from 2013 until she opened her medical practice in August of 2023. In addition to her responsibilities, in June 2023, she became the Medical Director for the Extraordinary Kids Foundation, I.N.C. d/b/a Q.L.H. Kids, a prescribed pediatric extended care center (P.P.E.C.) Born and raised in Cuba, she received a Doctor of Medicine from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana City, Cuba, in 1996.
